This traditional northern italian Christmas sweet bread is freshly hand-made by a local Adelaide artisan. Contains candied citrus peel and sultanas.
Almond glaze, Australian sultana and home made candied citrus. Made with 100% Lievito Madre (mother yeast). Traditional Italian methods with a South Australian touch.
100% preservative free, free range eggs, premium butter.
